Welcome to Level Services Corp, where our journey began in the fertile fields of central Mississippi, rooted in the dreams of John Sr. Born a sharecropper, he migrated from the Jim Crow South to forge a brighter future for his family. From the cotton fields to Memphis, TN, and eventually settling in Chicago, IL, John Sr. embarked on a diverse career, transitioning from odd jobs to becoming a skilled heavy equipment operator during the expansion of the Eisenhower highway system.

In the mid-1970s, as John Jr. came of age, his father facilitated his entry into the world of union laborers. Quickly mastering the trades, John Jr. honed his skills in flatwork, forms, and sewer installation. In 1995, he earned his Journeyman’s Plumber license and joined the maintenance team at the Chicago Housing Authority.

Embracing the legacy of generational progression, John Jr. sought to establish equity for the future. Taking his youngest son, Tory, under his wing from a tender age, John Jr. instilled in him the value of hard work and dedication. Tory, displaying a natural aptitude for business, set the stage for a dynamic career.

In 2003, seizing an opportunity amid the privatization of property management by the Chicago Housing Authority, John Jr. and Tory transitioned John's side jobs into a sustainable business, birthing Level Services Corp.

Since then, Level Services Corp has evolved into a local ‘household name’ in the services market. Our primary focus is working alongside developers, rehabbers, active general contractors, and property management firms. With a legacy spanning 17 years, we've cultivated robust relationships with building departments and plumbing inspectors across Northern Illinois. Specializing in residential, multi-family, and light commercial plumbing system installations, we've left our mark from Barrington to Lake Forest, Lincoln Park to Englewood, Garfield Park, and Roseland.
